One way to get street views of properties or create short video presentations of properties for sale can be done by using Google Maps.com and following these instructions.

Note: These instructions work well on standard computing equipment such as desktops and laptops, and may work slightly differently if you’re using Chrome Books or Mac hardware.

After successfully accessing Google Maps, a screen similar to the following will appear:
One of the following types of search criteria can be entered into Google Maps to find a specific display property:
For this illustration we will use a specific property address. Enter the property address in the “Search Google Maps” box as shown:
Note: If a valid property address, lat/long coordinate or location is entered, Google Maps will immediately process the input and migrate to that exact location. This will be marked with a RED balloon which will highlight the exact address that Google Maps has found.

However, when a satellite view of a specific address or location is displayed, a red balloon will appear to highlight the specific address or location:
You may need to “Zoom” on the satellite view to get a good view of the property before selecting “Google Man”. Use the “Zoom in” / “Magnify” function as shown:
After zooming in, select “Google Man” by left-clicking and dragging to the exact location to launch Street View, as shown:
Drag and drop “Google Man” to the exact location where you want to get street view. Left click and drag “Google Man” to the exact location and simply release the left click to RUN “Google Man” CRAZY!

1. Important: IF the streets around the address and/or latitude/longitude location DO NOT turn blue after you select “Google Man”, (left mouse click) and drag, it means that the Google machine has never left that street; so you can NOT get street view!
Important #2: After selecting (pressing the left button) and dragging “Google Man”, if the streets turn blue; but after playing “Google Man” the image does NOT show the street view correctly, you may need to “Zoom” a little closer to actually show the street view!
Street View should appear as shown at the selected location where “Google Man” was dropped:
When Street View is properly displayed, you can pan and view the immediate area by pressing Ctrl and left-clicking on a standard keyboard while holding down the left-click on your computer’s mouse to pan around the area.
