Knowing that your phone number is blocked is, if nothing else, a good way to know where you stand with someone.
While you can’t go ahead and contact the person who blocked you without permission, there are a few ways you can try to check if you’ve been blocked or not.
How To Tell If Someone Blocked Your Number On Iphone
Finding out if you’ve been blocked on your iPhone (or Android) isn’t a straightforward process. There is no sure way to know if you are blocked other than the blocker telling you directly.
But to find out if you are blocked or not, you can try a few different methods and cross-reference your results.
One way to find out if you’ve been blocked is to send the person a text message. You can tell the difference between regular SMS and iMessage by looking at the message bubble – a green bubble means it’s SMS, while a blue bubble means it’s iMessage.
IMessages are sent over the Internet, and text messages are sent through your carrier. If one doesn’t work, there may be a broader technical problem and you should try another.

If the person you suspect has blocked you has an Apple device, try sending them a polite iMessage.

If you try to call someone and the call goes straight to voicemail, you may be blocked. But on the other hand, that person’s phone may be dead or out of battery, or they may just be in Airplane mode or Do Not Disturb mode.
