For example, I’m in Thailand, so Google offers me to download Google Chrome in Thai. If I don’t manually change the language to English on the download page, I get the default installation file in Thai. This feature is useful for people who want the local language as their default language, but some people may not want it. For example, a foreigner who does not use the native language or a person who prefers English as their default language, etc.

To help you understand better, I have provided two screenshots for each step. On the left are screenshots for changing the language from the local language (in this example, Thai) to English (United States). On the right are the screenshots to change the language from English to Thai. The configuration steps are the same, the only difference is the language.
The problem occurs because Google automatically redirects you based on your location and offers to download Google Chrome in your local language. So, before downloading Google Chrome, you should make sure that the language selection is correct. After completing the above steps, close the settings page and Google Chrome will automatically save your changes and refresh all your pages.
After you add a new language to your Google Chrome settings tab, you must display web pages in that language. To do this, we manually translate websites in the settings section.
1. Open the Chrome menu (the three vertical dots at the top right) and scroll down again to select the Settings option from the menu.
2. Scroll down under Settings and select the advanced option. Select languages from the available options below. You will see a list of the languages you just added.

4. A small window will open, choose to display Google Chrome in this language. Note that this option may not work for some of the languages you add.
After selecting the desired language to display Google Chrome in the specified language, the “Restart” button will appear. Click the “Restart” button to apply the changes and display all your web pages in the selected language.
Now you can go and search any page in any language and Google Translate won’t show up. Google Chrome will automatically translate to any language.
